  The disadvantage is that the supporting power is small, the mixing time is long, the productivity is low, and the residual amount of the material in the cavity is large, and the unloading The material is slow and not easy to clean.

  2. Horizontal ribbon mixer

  The horizontal ribbon mixer consists of a body, a rotor, a feed port, a discharge port and a transmission mechanism. The horizontal ribbon mixer can not only mix materials with good scattering properties, but also mix materials with high adhesion. If necessary, a small amount of liquid feed can be added. The utility model has the advantages that the speed is fast, the time is short, and a plurality of feeds can be mixed.

  The disadvantage is that the mechanical footprint is large, the required supporting power is large, and the material door is easily deformed to cause leakage, which affects the mixing effect.

  3.Horizontal double shaft paddle mixer

  The horizontal twin-shaft paddle mixer consists of a casing, a blade rotor, a liquid addition nozzle, a discharge gate and a transmission mechanism. The advantage is that the mixing time is about 45-60 seconds, which is more than three times faster than other mixers, and the mixing uniformity is better, and it is also suitable for viscous materials. After adding 30% of liquid, it can be evenly mixed.

  The disadvantage is that there are certain operational skills, such as the pitch of the inner spiral belt should be smaller than the outer spiral belt, and vice versa, the material is pushed in the same direction, which is not conducive to uniform mixing.
